Article I: Organization
IPSOS STAT FZ-LLC (mother company of Rewarding Panel),, a company with registered head offices at Dubai Media City, Al Thuraya 1 Bldg, 8th floor, Dubai (UAE), registered on the UAE Companies Register under number 18624 and represented by its Administrator, is organizing a free prize draw in connection with new registrations to Rewarding Panel.
By entering the prize draw you agree to be bound by these rules.
Article II: Eligibility
The prize draw is open to all members of Rewarding Panel who joined the panel during the contest period, and who are:
- Residents of the United Arab Emirates
- Who are aged 15 or over.
The prize draw is also open to all panellists who exchanged 40 points from their balance for a prize draw ticket.
The prize draw is not open to any employee of any Ipsos Group company, nor members of their immediate family.
Article III: Contest Period
The Monthly Draw Contest starts on 05/05/2013 at 00:01 a.m. Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) and closes on 05/06/2013 at 12:00 p.m. GMT.
Rewarding Panel reserves the right to extend the entry period without prior notice.
Article IV: Designation of the winner
Winners will be determined by a random draw from all eligible entries, to be held on 12/06/2013. 1 entry will be selected among all eligible entries received within the contest period. Rewarding Panel reserves the right to postpone the draw until a later date should the survey entry period be extended. All decisions are final and binding.
The winner will be notified a day after of the draw by e-mail. The winner must reply to the notification within two (2) days of the date that the email was sent in order to claim the prize. If no response is obtained within two (2) calendar days of notification, the prize(s) will be forfeited and may be awarded to (an) alternate winner(s) selected in a random draw from the remaining eligible entries. Again these prize draw winners must reply to the notification within two (2) days of notification to claim the prize. There will be three (3) alternate drawings after which the prizes will remain unawarded. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.
Article V: Prize
One (1) iPhone 5 will be awarded to the winner, assigned in a random draw.
The winner will need to come to the nearest Ipsos office in UAE to collect his prize and must accept to take a picture with his new iPhone 5 and an Ipsos Manager which will be posted in the ‘winners’ area of the website. The odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries.
No transfer or assignment of prizes will be permitted except by Rewarding Panel. Rewarding Panel reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value without prior notice.
Article VI: Liability
Rewarding Panel is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, mechanically reproduced, mis-delivered, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries, messages or post; unavailable network connections; failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmission; on line failures; hardware software or other technical malfunctions or disturbances; or any other communications failures or circumstances affecting, disrupting or corrupting the prize draw in any manner including without limitation, receipt of entries, entrance ability to participate in the prize draw winner notification, or winner response to notification. Rewarding Panel is also not responsible for any damage to entrant's computer occasioned by participation in the prize draw or downloading of any information necessary to participate in the prize draws.
Article VII: Presentation of prizes
By accepting the prize, the winner authorizes REWARDING PANEL to use his/her name and geographical location as part of any promotional event associated with the competition, in return for no consideration other than the prize attributed.
Article VIII: Agreement of Proof
Except in the event of manifest error, it is agreed that information provided by the competition systems operated by REWARDING PANEL shall constitute binding proof in any dispute relating to details of connection and data processing of that information for the purposes of the competition.
Article IX: Jurisdiction
These rules shall be governed by UAE law and the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Emirati courts.
Article X: Data protection
Personal details of participants in the prize draw, including postal address and email address will be used to record entry in the prize draw, and to notify the winning participant. Names and geographical location will also be used in notifications of winning entries sent to participants who request details of the prize winner.

Article XI: Intellectual Property rights
In accordance with our Intellectual property rights, it is strictly forbidden to make any reproduction or representation of all or any part of the elements of the prize draw. Trade names mentioned are registered trade names of their respective holders.
