Article I: Organization
IPSOS STAT FZ-LLC (mother company of Rewarding Panel), a company with registered head offices at Dubai Media City, Al Thuraya 1 Bldg, 8th floor, Dubai (UAE), registered on the UAE Companies Register under number 18624 and represented by its Administrator, is organizing a free prize draw in connection with new registrations to Rewarding Panel.
By entering the prize draw you agree to be bound by these rules.
Article II: Eligibility
All entrants who are invited by Rewarding Panel to participate in this VIP 20,000 SAR Cash Give-away contest and who have met the conditions to become VIP members will be entitled to one (1) entry. Participants must be residents of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and must have reached the age of majority.
The prize draw is not open to any employee of any Ipsos Group company, nor members of their immediate family. Entries which are illegible, incomplete, counterfeit, or in contravention of these rules will not be accepted.
Article III: Contest Period
The VIP 20,000 SAR Cash Give-away contest starts on 01/01/2013 at 00:01 a.m. Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) and closes on 31/12/2013 at 12:00 p.m. GMT.
In the event of force major, IPSOS Stat FZ-LLC reserves the right to halt or extend the duration of the competition without prior notice.
Article IV: How to enter
VIP Club Membership: Each quarter, each panel member who completes a minimum of five (5) surveys will automatically earn membership in the VIP Club for this quarter. A panel member who maintains membership in the VIP Club for at least two (2) quarters in 2013 will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
No purchase necessary. All entrants who are invited by Rewarding Panel to participate in this Contest and who have reached the VIP status for at least two (2) quarters during the Contest Period will automatically be entitled to one (1) entry.
Limit: Each panel member may receive only one (1) Grand Prize Drawing entry during the Promotion Period regardless of the method of entry.
Article V: Designation of the winner
Winners will be determined by a random draw from all eligible entries, to be held on 14/01/2014. 1 entry will be selected among all eligible entries received within the contest period.
Rewarding Panel reserves the right to postpone the draw until a later date should the survey entry period be extended. All decisions are final and binding.
The winner will be notified within seven days of the draw by e-mail. The winner must reply to the notification within two (2) days of the date that the email was sent in order to claim the prize. If no response is obtained within two (2) calendar days of notification, the prize(s) will be forfeited and may be awarded to (an) alternate winner(s) selected in a random draw from the remaining eligible entries. Again these prize draw winners must reply to the notification within two (2) days of notification to claim the prize. There will be three (3) alternate drawings after which the prizes will remain unawarded. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.
Article VI: Prize
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A check of 20,000 SAR will be handed to the winner, at the nearest Ipsos office in the KSA.
Odds of winning the Sweepstakes prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
Article VII: Liability
Ipsos Stat FZ-LLC is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, mechanically reproduced, mis-delivered, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries, messages or post; unavailable network connections; failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmission; on line failures; hardware software or other technical malfunctions or disturbances; or any other communications failures or circumstances affecting, disrupting or corrupting the prize draw in any manner including without limitation, receipt of entries, entrance ability to participate in the prize draw winner notification, or winner response to notification. Ipsos Stat FZ-LLC is also not responsible for any damage to entrant's computer occasioned by participation in the prize draw or downloading of any information necessary to participate in the prize draws.
By receipt of any prize, winner agrees to release and hold harmless Ipsos Stat FZ-LLC and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
Article VIII: Presentation of prizes
By accepting the prize, the winner authorizes REWARDING PANEL to use his/her name and geographical location as part of any promotional event associated with the competition, in return for no consideration other than the prize attributed.
Article IX: Agreement of Proof
Except in the event of manifest error, it is agreed that information provided by the competition systems operated by REWARDING PANEL shall constitute binding proof in any dispute relating to details of connection and data processing of that information for the purposes of the competition.
Article X: Jurisdiction
These rules shall be governed by UAE law and the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Emirati courts.
Article XI: Data protection
Personal details of participants in the prize draw, including postal address and email address will be used to record entry in the prize draw, and to notify the winning participant. Names and geographical location will also be used in notifications of winning entries sent to participants who request details of the prize winner.

Article XII: Intellectual Property rights
In accordance with our Intellectual property rights, it is strictly forbidden to make any reproduction or representation of all or any part of the elements of the prize draw. Trade names mentioned are registered trade names of their respective holders.
